Happy Future Baby BathTime Routine

After my son was diagnosed with eczema I started to pay closer attention to what was inside both of my children’s bath products. When I stated researching what was actually inside my baby’s bath products I was horrified. These are names and brands I had trusted but will no longer use on my children. Happy Future baby bathtime routine is what I’m using on my children now.

I was recently sent a nice supply of Happy Future organic bath products. Believe it or not but these are the very first line of USDA/ECOCERT certified organic products for baby available on the market today.  Every aspect of the Happy Future product line is natural and purified, tested for purity and organic compliance, hypoallergenic with no nuts or heavy scents added. Happy Baby products were developed in France and proved all over Europe, they even say you can safely ingest all Happy Future products. I did taste a bit and honestly, it was not too bad. I had to, curiosity got the better of me. It’s totally fine if your child decides to drink their bath water or a little product gets in their mouths while rinsing them off.

I was sent a bottle of Liniment Lotion, Cleaning lotion non-rinse, Delicate Cleaning Bath and Shower Gel and a tube of Moisturizing Cream for Face and Body. I thoroughly enjoyed all the products but these are the two I liked the most and will probably buy once this supply runs out. After reading that the Liniment Lotion (MSRP $17.00) is made up of 46% olive oil and bee wax it’s perfectly safe to use if you are a cloth diapering family. I haven’t had any problems with my son having diaper rash so I decided rather than trying the Liniment oil on his bum I would try it on his eczema. After just one use I was surprised by how smooth my son’s skin was. I noticed that my son wasn’t scratching as much. The directions say to use the Liniment Lotion often, without worry of diaper rash, use on dry areas, other rashes, stings, psoriasis, or even eczema. I really like this particular product. I would gladly pay $17.00 for my child to find some relief from his itchy eczema.

Another product I’ve used a lot on both my children is the Delicate Cleaning Bath and Shower Gel (MSRP $19.00). It’s so gentle and a little goes a long way. My four-year old loves all the suds and the scent is pleasant without being to fragrant or perfumey. I really like how it’s all-in-one. I squeeze a little in my four-year old bathtub for a fun bubble bath and when it comes time to washing I squeeze just a dab on her head and a little into her wash cloth. It just takes a dime size amount to wash the baby head to toe.
