My husband loves his coffee cold, me not so much but I’m slowly coming around to the cold coffee craze. This summer amp up your iced coffee with International Delight #IcedDelight. I wanted to treat my husband to something different in the morning so I headed off to Walmart to see what I could find.
I was happily surprised to see that my local Walmart had a decent variety of International Delight Iced Coffee in stock. I immediately reached for the Mocha flavor iced coffee, I knew Sean would love it and I thought it would pair well with the Caramel Macchiato creamer I saw. Caramel is one of my husband’s favorite flavors, mine too. I saw on the International Delight website that there are a lot of flavors to choose from, unfortunately I had only two choices at my Walmart. There are of course the classics, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Belgian White Chocolate Macadamia and Southern Butter Pecan, yum. I can’t wait to try some of the creamers in the American Favorites Flavors, York Peppermint Patty and Almond Joy just to name a few.
Right next to the Iced Coffee in the next cooler I came across two different flavors of International Delight Coffee Creamers. I went with Caramel Macchiato for one simple reason, it’s my husband’s favorite. I saw on the bottle of creamer that there was caramel drizzle over the top of the coffee drink. I knew I had some caramel topping at home that would do the trick perfectly.
I got up early the other morning before my husband. I wanted to whip up a new coffee drink for him as a surprise. I came up with a this drink, a Caramel Mocha Frio Coffee.
I had some chocolate chips and hot caramel topping on hand, they made the perfect topping for his Caramel Mocha Frio Coffee. This was a fun drink to make and I plan on making it more often for him.

Caramel Mocha Frio
|Prep time||5 minutes|

- 1 cup Mocha Iced Coffee from Internationl Delight
- 3 tablespoons Caramel Macchiato Creamer from Internationl Delight
- handful Ice Cubes
- 1/4 cup Whip Cream
- drizzle Hot Caramel Topping
|Pour Mocha Iced Coffee and creamer into blender with ice cubes. Blend on Level High until blended well.|
|Add whip cream, blend again.|
|Pour into coffee mug, top with additional whip cream and warm caramel topping. Drop a few chocolate chips on top and serve cold.|
You can now enjoy coffee anytime of year, not just when it’s cold outside. Amp up your coffee outside by the pool or even while soaking in the sun lounging at the beach.
